Description:
AAV2-mRFP is a
pre-packaged rAAV in serotype 2 (with capsid from AAV serotype 2 and 2xITR from
AAV serotype 2) which over-expresses mRFP under CMV promoter. AAV2-mRFP express a monomeric
red fluorescent protein mutant from Discosoma (DsRed), overcoming the tetramerization which is toxic to cells. mRFP can be used as a reporter in
target cells. Ready to use format.
