Service Description:
1. Design, synthesize and clone shRNA/miRNA/gRNA to a shuttle vector followed by transfer of the whole transgene cassette to adenoviral genome.
2. Initial adenoviral stock production.
3. Adenovirus amplification from ~1000 cm2 Ad.MAX™ 293 cells.
4. Recombinant adenovirus PFU titration.
Required Materials: NCBI accession # of target gene, target region sequence, shRNA or siRNA sequence validated/published or mature miRNA sequence, miRNA accession # or gRNA sequence etc.
Turnaround Time: 3 ~ 4 weeks.
Deliverables: 2 mL (10x0.2 mL) of super infectious in vitro grade adenovirus vector at 5E+10~5E+11 PFU/mL.
