Shipping

Most orders received by 3:30 PM are shipped at same day via FedEx. Orders placed Friday will be shipped next Monday. Applicable packing, insurance, and dry ice charges will be included in your email confirmation.

Limited Warranty

We strive to put innovative high-quality products into the hands of researchers at prices that fit today's budgets. We at SignaGen will replace, free of charge, any product that does not meet manufacturer specifications. This warranty limits SignaGen's liability only to a replacement with the same product that does meet manufacturer certification. Further, SignaGen does not warrant any products that has exceeded its expiration date, has not been stored according to instructions or otherwise has been used outside manufacturer specifications. SignaGen assumes no responsibility or liability for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever. The above limited warranty is sole and exclusive. No other warranty is made, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
