Description
GenJet™ DNA In Vitro
Transfection Reagent for keratinocytes is pre-optimized for transfecting
human or mouse primary or immortalized keratinocytes.
Keratinocytes are hard to transfect partly due to the transfection toxicity
related cell death. The pre-optimized transfection
reagent gave up to 50 % efficiency with minimal cell death.
Refer to the following optimal transfection conditions for maximal transfection
efficiency on keratinocytes. GenJet™ reagent, 1.0 ml, is sufficient for
~600 transfections in 24 well plates or ~300 transfections in 6 well plates.
