AAV5-U6-miRNA(scramble)-GFP is the serotype 5 AAV (capsid from serotype 5 and
ITRs from serotype 2) which expresses scramble miRNA under U6 promoter with

gene knockdown experiments as a control in cultured cells and animal
experiments.
