Description: LV-CAG-Venus-T2A-AkaLuc
is a pre-made lentiviral vector that expresses
reporter Venus and AkaLuc via a T2A linker under the control of the CAG
promoter. AkaLuc is an engineered luciferase optimized for use with the substrate
AkaLumine-HCl, providing significantly higher in vivo sensitivity
(approximately 10–100× brighter than firefly luciferase in mice) and
near-infrared emission (~675 nm) for deeper tissue penetration and reduced
autofluorescence. The virus is supplied in a ready-to-use format.
