hybrid CMV enhancer/chicken β-actin (CBh)
promoter. AkaLuc
is an engineered luciferase optimized for use with the substrate AkaLumine-HCl,
providing significantly higher in vivo sensitivity (approximately 10–100×
brighter than firefly luciferase in mice) and near-infrared emission (~675 nm)
for deeper tissue penetration and reduced autofluorescence. The virus is
supplied in a ready-to-use format.
