Description:
AAV(PHP.B)-CMV-mCherry is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype PHP.B
(with capsid
from AAV serotype PHP.B and 2xITR from AAV serotype 2) which over-expresses mCherry under CMV
promoter.
Compared
with rAAV serotype 9, rAAV in serotype PHP.B is able to penetrate brain-blood
barrier (BBB) and infect CNS via tail vein I.V. with 50 times better
transduction efficiency. Ready to use format.
