Description:
AAV(9-ENT)-CMV-GFP is a pre-packaged recombinant AAV vector
based on the engineered serotype 9-ENT, which is derived from native AAV9
through insertion of the SLRSPPS short peptide at the 589th amino acid of the
VP1 capsid protein. This modification confers enhanced tropism for vascular
endothelial transduction in the heart.
The pre-made AAV(9-ENT)-CMV-GFP vector drives robust EGFP overexpression under
the CMV promoter and is supplied in a ready-to-use format for direct
application in experimental studies.
