a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype PHP.eB (a mutant serotype from AAV serotype 9)
which over-expresses GFP under the
hybrid CMV enhancer/chicken β-actin (CBh)
promoter. Compared
with rAAV serotype PHP.B, rAAV in serotype PHP.eB is able to penetrate
brain-blood barrier (BBB) and infect CNS via tail vein I.V. with 5 times
better transduction efficiency. Ready to use format.
