one of the benefic by using polyJet instead of other transfection reagent is saving time. I just need to mix directly polyJet in DMEM media in DNA mixture. It only takes 15 min for the transfection. Due to the low toxicity of the reagent, the washing after transfection is not necessary. In case of 293 cells, over 99% cell were transfected by using PolyJet.
