I am glad to say that I got a high transfection rate when I use the trial sample of GenJet DNA in Vitro Transfection Reagent to treat PC3 cells that is difficult to get satisfying results with L2k due to the high toxic effect. I observed low toxicity of the GenJet DNA in Vitro Transfection Reagent to my cells. I will contact you if I need the reagent in the future.
