We have tried GenJet transfection reagent in side-by-side comparisons with FuGene and Mirus Transit-293T in 293T, HeLa, and fetal rhesus lung fibroblast (FRhL) cell lines. We found that GenJet was equal to or better than the other two reagents in these transfection experiments. I expect that we will continue to use GenJet for many applications in the future.
