GenJet™ In Vitro DNA Transfection Reagent
[SL100488]

$166.00

We just completed our experiment using Genjet Vs Lipofectamine 2000 for transfection in MDCK cells. My tech just told me that she used both of them and did not found any significant difference in transfection efficiencies using either one of the transfection agents. While it was assuring to see close to 50% transfection in MDCK using both genjet as well as Lipofectamine, cost may be an important factor to choose Genjet over Lipofectamine 2000. I asked to her to record the images if possible. If I get the images I will send them to you. I will definitely switch to Genjet.
