it is good in term of efficiency, toxicity and pricing. At least better than Lipofectamine. i got 80% positive on HEK293, 85% on 3T3 and 85% on Neuro2A. for effective use of our limited budget, now our lab switches to GenJet and PolyFector. thank you.
