I transfected Primary Mouse Fibroblast with 20% beta-Gal positive. It is really good. Lipofectamine 2000 killed all the cells after 4 hours incubation in serum-free medium. This reagent had done nothing on cell viability with terrific efficiency. It is wonderful product. I will order more.
