I used GenJet DNA In Vitro Transfection Reagent,and had compared that with Lipo2000. The efficiency of your product is much higher than I hoped, and is higher than Lipo2000 (for CHO). The efficiency is more than 90% for 293T and more than 40% for C2C12 after optimization. I have replaced Lipo2000 with GenJet. Thank you.
