GenJet™ In Vitro DNA Transfection Reagent

We tested GenJet along with Fugene6 for HEK293 cells. It turned out that Genjet achieved dropping-jaw-amount of expression of 300-kDa GFP-fusion protein, whereas no transfection with Fugene6. We noticed cytotoxicity in the plate with Genjet, but it might be the effect of the GFP-protein. So, I am going to buy a tube of the product and optimize the condition.
