GenJet™ In Vitro DNA Transfection Reagent for HepG2 Cells

Wow!!!!! What a product. We have been using Lipofectamine 2000 on HepG2 and have been struggling to get even modest transfection efficiency (images L3 and L4). In contrast, genejet (G1, G2) gave us dramatically higher transfection efficiency. By eye, looks like 5-10 fold improvement.
Images were taken with 20x objective and CCD with same time exposure to show both transfection and expression efficiency. Cells were transfected for 48h. The especially impressive part is that one uses less reagent and less DNA to get much better results. Our future HepG2 experiments will now all be done with GeneJet. Thanks.
