scAAV(PHP.eB)-GFP is a pre-packaged self-complementary AAV (scAAV) in serotype
PHP.eB (with capsid
from PHP.eB and 2xITR from AAV2) which will over-express EGFP under CMV
promoter. Compared
with rAAV serotype PHP.B, rAAV in serotype PHP.eB is able to penetrate
brain-blood barrier (BBB) and infect CNS via tail vein I.V. with 5 times better
transduction efficiency. Ready to use format.
