Description: LV-EF1α-AkaLuc-IRES-Puro is a pre-made
lentiviral vector that expresses AkaLuc under the control of the EF1α
promoter, with co-expression of puromycin resistance via an IRES cassette.
AkaLuc is an engineered luciferase optimized for use with the substrate
AkaLumine-HCl, providing significantly higher in vivo sensitivity
(approximately 10–100× brighter than firefly luciferase in mice) and
near-infrared emission (~675 nm) for deeper tissue penetration and reduced
autofluorescence. The virus is supplied in a ready-to-use format.
