scramble shRNA under U6 promoter with
mCherry co-expression under CMV promoter as reporter. The viral structure is
like "ITR-U6-shRNA(scramble)-polyT-CMV-mCherry-PolyA-ITR".
This product is used in
the gene knockdown experiments as a control in cultured cells and animal
experiments.
