Description:
AAV9-U6-shRNA(SCRM)-CAG-GFP is a pre-packaged recombinant adeno-associated
virus (rAAV) based on serotype 9, incorporating the AAV9 capsid and
AAV2-derived inverted terminal repeats (2× ITRs). The vector expresses a
non-targeting scramble shRNA under the control of the U6 promoter, with
co-expression of GFP driven by the ubiquitous CAG promoter as a reporter.
This construct is designed for use as a negative control in gene knockdown
studies and is suitable for both in vitro cultured cells and in vivo animal
experiments. The rAAV genome structure is:
ITR–U6–shRNA (Scramble)–PolyT–CAG–GFP–PolyA–ITR.
The product is supplied in a ready-to-use format for immediate experimental
application.
