Description:
AAV9-TRE-Cre is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype 9 (with capsid from AAV
serotype 9 and 2xITR from AAV serotype 2) which over-expresses Cre under TRE-Tight promoter. The TRE-Tight
promoter contains a modified Tet response element (TREmod), which is located
upstream of the minimal CMV promoter and consists of seven direct
repeats of a 36-bp Tet operator sequence. The expression of Cre will be responsive to the tTA and rtTA regulatory proteins in the Tet-Off
and Tet-On systems respectively. Ready to use format.
