 Description: AAV9-Syn-TagRFP is a pre-packaged recombinant AAV vector in serotype 9 (featuring the AAV9 capsid and AAV2 ITRs). It drives neuron-specific overexpression of TagRFP under the control of the human Synapsin promoter. TagRFP is a bright red fluorescent protein derived from the sea anemone Entacmaea quadricolor, widely used as a reporter in molecular and cellular imaging applications. This product is supplied in a ready-to-use format for efficient neuronal transduction and fluorescence-based studies.
