Description:
AAV(BR1)-Null is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype BR1 (with
capsid from serotype BR1 and 2xITR from serotype 2) which carries no transgene under CMV promoter. Used as a control and ready to use format.
AAV serotype BR1, a newly identified serotype from capsid AAV2 mutant has shown
excellent transduction efficiency for neurovascular
(blood–brain barrier‐associated) endothelial cells in vivo and in vitro.
AAV‐BR1
can be used to ameliorate the severe neurological impairments in a mouse model
of incontinentia pigmenti.
