Description:
AAV(BI30)-CMV-Null is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype BI30 ((a
capsid with tropism for CNS endothelial cells) which carries no transgene under
the CMV promoter.
To inhibit the transgene expression in hepatocytes, the miR122 target sequence
repeats were cloned after the CMV promoter. Used as a control and ready
to use format.
