AAV6.2-GFP is a pre-packaged recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) in
serotype 6.2 designed for the over-expression of EGFP under the CMV promoter.
The AAV6.2 capsid contains a site mutation (F129L) in the AAV6 VP1 gene,
providing superior transduction efficiency in primary human airway epithelial
cells and lung epithelial cells in mice. This product is available in a
ready-to-use format.
