Description: 
 AAV(BI30)-CAG-iCre-T2A-mCherry is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype BI30 (a capsid with tropism for transducing the CNS endothelial cells) which over-expressed Cre recombinase with co-expression of mCherry as reporter  via T2A linker under CAG promoter  (also known as CBA) promoter.  CAG promoter is a combination of the cytomegalovirus (CMV) early enhancer element and chicken beta-actin promoter for high levels of gene expression in mammalian expression vectors.  Ready to use format.
