capsid with tropism for CNS endothelial cells) which over-expresses firefly luciferase
(fLuc) with co-expression
of GFP via T2A linker under the CAG promoter. To
inhibit the transgene
expression in hepatocytes, the miR122 target sequence repeats
were cloned after the EGFP. Ready
