We used PolyJet to transfect SN56 cells (mouse neuronal cells) and get a very good transfection efficiency. We performed transfection in the presence of serum to minimize the toxic effect, the efficiency is great. Since SN56 cell is not on your list, I think I should let you know about it. We will try N2A cells in the near future.
