Hi, I just tried your PolyJet reagent, and compared with Lipofectamine 2000 from Invitrogen, Hyfect from Denville, all of them are good. Yeah, LipofectaMine 2000 is toxic compared with GenJet and Hyfect. Definitely I will use your product, and I hope you can keep the same price as long as possible. Because the Hyfect increased it's price from $159 to $199, the size is the same as yours. The cell line I used is SHEP1, which is neuroblastoma cell line, the efficiency is about 70% with GenJet, it's very pretty (I transfected with GFP), if you like I can E-mail the picture, just let me know.
