I forgot one thing. We tested transfection efficiency on HepG2 cells with PolyJet and saw no difference between Fugene HD. For Fugene, we followed our optimized protocol; for PolyJet, we followed your protocol...which means it may work even better when we have optimized the transfection protocol for our cells. The GFP positive cell for PolyJet is about 60~70%. Cheers!
