PolyJet™ In Vitro DNA Transfection Reagent

We have tested PolyJet side by side with Fugene and were happy with the efficiency results. We will now test to be sure that it does not activate cellular signaling pathways that would alter our studies. We are also doing a cost comparison...what would be the cost of 5 mls of
PolyJet. Finally, we are in the process of comparing PolyJet with our current protocol for transfection of primary rat hepatocytes. I will forward those results when the tests are complete.
