Thank you for your LipoD293. I have tested it with FAK+/+(src), FAK-/-(src) and LNcap cells. the transfection frequency is 30 to 50%, It is higher than Lip 2000 in FAK+/+ and LNCap and same in FAK-/- cell line. I am going to place order soon. Thanks.
