Description: LV-TRE-GFP
is a pre-made lentivirus which over-expresses EGFP under TRE-Tight
promoter. The TRE-Tight promoter contains a modified Tet response element (TREmod),
which is located upstream of the minimal CMV promoter and consists of seven
direct
repeats of a 36-bp Tet operator sequence. The expression of GFP will be
responsive to the tTA and rtTA regulatory proteins in the Tet-Off and Tet-On
systems respectively. Ready to use format.
