This includes the adenoviral vector design, the gene expression cassette, regulatory elements, and any project-specific optimizations developed during the workflow. Upon project completion, the customer receives both the final, ready-to-use adenovirus and the fully cloned adenoviral shuttle construct used for packaging. SignaGen acts solely as a service provider, executing design, cloning, packaging, and quality control strictly according to customer specifications, without retaining any ownership or usage rights.

This IP policy ensures complete confidentiality, full ownership, and unrestricted freedom for customers to use, modify, publish, or commercialize their adenoviral vectors and associated constructs, enabling long-term flexibility and confidence in downstream research and development.
