At SignaGen Laboratories, Ad.MAX™ Shuttle Vector Design & Synthesis is powered by advanced, software-based in silico platforms to ensure precision, consistency, and reproducibility at every stage of construct development.
The Ad.MAX™ system is based on the Gateway® recombination transfer system, making the design of the shuttle vector the initial and most decisive step in successful adenovirus generation. Promoters, transgenes, regulatory elements, and Gateway recombination sites are digitally assembled and rigorously validated prior to DNA synthesis to eliminate frame shifts, unwanted restriction sites, recombination-prone motifs, and sequence incompatibilities that could compromise downstream adenoviral packaging.
This computational workflow enables rapid optimization of expression cassettes, insert orientation, and shuttle vector architecture to ensure efficient and accurate recombination with Ad.MAX™ adenoviral backbones. Once finalized, each digital design is converted into high-fidelity DNA through gene synthesis and cloning, followed by sequence verification to confirm exact concordance with the approved in silico blueprint. This integrated design-to-synthesis approach delivers robust, reproducible Ad.MAX™ shuttle vectors optimized for reliable adenovirus production, consistent transgene expression, and high-performance downstream applications.
