Description:
scAAV2-Synapsin-GFP is a pre-packaged self-complementary recombinant AAV based on serotype 2, incorporating an AAV2 capsid and AAV2 inverted terminal repeats (ITRs). It drives robust expression of enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) under the control of the human synapsin promoter, enabling neuron-specific transgene expression. This ready-to-use vector is well suited for neuronal labeling and gene expression studies in vitro and in vivo.
