scAAV1-Synapsin-GFP is a pre-packaged self-complementary recombinant AAV of serotype 2/1, featuring an AAV1 capsid and AAV2 inverted terminal repeats (ITRs). It drives robust expression of enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) under the control of the human synapsin promoter, enabling neuron-specific transgene expression. This ready-to-use vector is well suited for neuronal labeling and gene expression studies in vitro and in vivo.
