scAAV9-Syn-RFP is a pre-packaged, self-complementary recombinant AAV vector in serotype 9, containing an AAV9 capsid and AAV2 inverted terminal repeats (ITRs). This vector drives robust RFP expression under the control of the human synapsin promoter, enabling neuron-specific transgene expression. Supplied in a ready-to-use format, scAAV9-Syn-RFP is ideal for in vivo and in vitro neuronal labeling and functional studies.
