Powerfect™ siRNA Transfection Reagent is an enhanced liposome-based formulation designed for highly efficient in vitro RNA delivery.

Size & Content:
– Powerfect™ siRNA Transfection Reagent (1.0 mL): Sufficient for approximately 1,330 transfections in 24-well plates using 5 pmol siRNA per well
– Powerfect™ Transfection Buffer (5×, 8.0 mL): Optimized for maximal transfection efficiency

Storage:
– Powerfect™ Reagent: Store at 4 °C.
– Powerfect™ Transfection Buffer (5×): Store at room temperature. When stored properly, both components remain stable for 24 months or longer
