LV-EF1α-GFP-Puro is a pre-packaged recombinant lentiviral vector that drives robust eGFP expression under the control of the EF1α promoter, with puromycin resistance co-expressed via an IRES (internal ribosome entry site) cassette. This design allows for simultaneous visualization of transduced cells and selection of stably transduced populations using puromycin. The vector is suitable for a wide range of mammalian cell types and is ideal for applications requiring long-term gene expression and stable cell line generation.
