Description:
LV-CMV-Null-Puro is a pre-packaged recombinant lentiviral vector that contains no transgene under the CMV promoter, serving as a negative control. The vector co-expresses puromycin resistance under the PGK promoter, allowing for selection of successfully transduced cells. This design makes LV-CMV-Null-Puro an ideal control vector for experiments involving lentiviral transduction, ensuring that observed effects are due to the transgene rather than the viral backbone or selection process. The virus is supplied in a ready-to-use format, enabling immediate use in in vitro and in vivo studies.
