LV-CMV-GFP-Puro is a ready-to-use recombinant lentiviral vector that drives robust expression of enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP) under the control of the human cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter. In addition, the puromycin resistance gene is co-expressed from the phosphoglycerate kinase (PGK) promoter, enabling efficient antibiotic selection of successfully transduced cells.

This dual-expression design allows convenient visualization of transduction efficiency via GFP fluorescence while permitting rapid enrichment of stable cell populations using puromycin. Lentiviral delivery ensures efficient gene transfer into a broad range of mammalian cell types, including both dividing and non-dividing cells.

LV-CMV-GFP-Puro is supplied in a ready-to-use format for immediate application in cell culture experiments.
