Description: LV-CAG-ChiEF-IRES-Puro is a pre-made lentiviral vector designed for stable expression of the ChiEF optogenetic actuator under the control of the strong CAG (CBA) promoter. The vector co-expresses the puromycin resistance gene via an internal ribosome entry site (IRES), enabling efficient antibiotic selection of transduced cells. Supplied in a ready-to-use format, this lentivirus is ideal for generating stable cell lines and for optogenetic activation studies in vitro.
