Description: HEK293T-mCherry is a stable cell line generated by transducing HEK293T cells with the LV-EF1α-mCherry-IRES-Puro lentiviral vector (SKU: SL100273), followed by puromycin selection. The constitutive EF1α promoter drives robust mCherry expression, enabling fluorescence-based visualization, imaging, assay development, and experimental optimization. The puromycin-resistance cassette facilitates antibiotic selection and maintenance of a consistently mCherry-positive cell population. The product is supplied cryopreserved at 3 × 10⁶ cells per vial.
