GenJet™ siRNA Transfection Reagent is a hybrid liposome–polymer formulation that enables highly efficient siRNA delivery with minimal cytotoxicity. Leveraging our proprietary lipid-conjugation and polymer synthesis technologies, GenJet™ siRNA Reagent offers superior performance and distinct advantages over conventional siRNA transfection reagents.

Size & Content:
– GenJet™ siRNA Reagent (1.0 mL): Sufficient for approximately 1,330 transfections in 24-well plates using 5 pmol siRNA per well
– GenJet™ Transfection Buffer (5×, 8.0 mL): Optimized for maximal transfection efficiency; yields 40 mL of 1× working solution

Storage:
– GenJet™ Reagent: Store at 4 °C
– GenJet™ Transfection Buffer (5×): Store at room temperature
– When stored properly, both components remain stable for 12 months or longer
