GenJet™ In Vitro DNA Transfection Reagent for D407 Cell

Description
GenJet™ DNA In Vitro Transfection Reagent for D407 Cells is specifically optimized for efficient plasmid DNA transfection in D407 cells. D407 is a human retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cell line widely used as an in vitro model for studies of retinal biology, ocular diseases, gene regulation, and therapeutic gene delivery. As retinal pigment epithelial cells play critical roles in maintaining retinal homeostasis and photoreceptor function, D407 cells provide a valuable experimental system for investigating retinal physiology and the molecular mechanisms underlying retinal degeneration and other ocular disorders.
The transfection conditions described below have been optimized to achieve maximal transfection efficiency in D407 cells. One milliliter of GenJet™ Reagent is sufficient for approximately 300–600 transfections in 24-well plates or 50–100 transfections in 6-well plates, depending on the culture format and amount of DNA used.
Storage Condition
Store at 4°C. When maintained under the recommended storage conditions, the product remains stable for at least 24 months.
