Description
GenJet™ DNA In Vitro Transfection Reagent for CHO Cells is pre-optimized for highly efficient DNA delivery into Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. CHO cells are among the most widely used mammalian cell lines for recombinant protein expression, antibody production, and biopharmaceutical manufacturing due to their robust growth characteristics and ability to perform complex post-translational modifications.
The transfection conditions described below have been optimized to achieve maximal transfection efficiency and transgene expression in CHO cells. Refer to the recommended protocol for efficient plasmid DNA delivery. One milliliter of GenJet™ reagent is sufficient for approximately 300–600 transfections in 24-well plates or 50–100 transfections in 6-well plates.
Storage Condition
Store at 4 °C. When stored under the recommended conditions, the product remains stable for at least 24 months.
